About The Position

As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving retention and up-selling to existing customers within the Corporate Legal customer base. Your primary goal will be to achieve customer satisfaction by ensuring effective client management, deploying internal resources appropriately, and expanding the range of products and services within your assigned region. This role involves a consultative approach to sales and collaboration with internal teams to meet common goals.

Requirements

  • Display proven experience generating new business sales
  • Have solid interpersonal and presentation skills to partner and collaborate across teams
  • Have a solid understanding of solution selling value proposition
  • Display functional knowledge of negotiation process
  • Demonstrate an ability to work in a team selling environment
  • Have excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Have a technical aptitude with computer skills including Excel, Word, Powerpoint, CRM applications
  • Have the ability to travel up to 10%

Responsibilities

  • Meeting Point Of Sales goals within assigned accounts and Revenue goals within region
  • Growing pipeline through active account management and executing a strategic account plan with the client
  • Owning the for the overall health and status relationship with the customer
  • Managing complete sales cycle from opportunity identification through close
  • Promoting a consultative sales motion at all levels of the organization
  • Creating targeted, solution-oriented proposals with appropriate positioning and pricing for software and services
  • Developing and tracking pipeline within assigned accounts utilizing CRM and reporting weekly forecast and opportunity progression
  • Working with clients and internal partners through issue resolution to drive customer satisfaction
  • Representing product portfolio through speaking engagements, industry events and trade shows
