This role will be responsible for coordinating a utility energy efficiency program with residential customers, contractors, agencies, and groups by performing the duties outlined below. Successful candidates will reside in Lowell, Arkansas for frequent travel within the territory.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; or equivalent experience required
  • 5-8 years of experience in a professional position in energy efficiency, construction management, HVAC, lighting, or sales
  • Can communicate clearly with clients, customers, and partners about utility programs
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products and CRM software systems
  • Are at least 21 years of age
  • Valid driver's license in the state you are seeking employment in, with a driving record that meets CLEAResult’s minimum safety standard

Nice To Haves

  • BPI and/or CEM certification preferred
  • Spanish speaking a plus

Responsibilities

  • Lead an energy efficiency pathway that provides financial incentives to contractors
  • Engage in outreach efforts that effectively promote and drives program participation
  • Recruit, train, and manage a network of contractors to participate in the utility energy efficiency program
  • Develop and manage a pipeline of energy efficiency projects that will allow our client to meet the program goals
  • Review projects submitted by customers and contractors to ensure data accuracy
  • Manage and track the performance metrics of residential contractors
  • Oversee and report program projects and status in an accurate and timely manner
  • Identify and make recommendations for program improvement
  • Work on special projects as assigned
