Responsible for managing customer accounts, including building and maintaining relationships, managing gross profit percentage, and creating and updating service work orders to be dispatched. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Serve as the main point of contact with customers and partners. Review and approve invoices. Review service work orders and calculate gross profit percentage. Review and submit proposals for correct Gross Profit Percentage and make changes as necessary. Update system with notes, customer approvals, dispatch work orders, and complete follow-up phone calls on completed services. Review weekly operations and open work order reports. Manage customer email box. Regular and predictable on-site attendance during scheduled office hours is an essential function of this role.
