This role focuses on the downstream refining and petrochemical industry and is ideal for someone living in the Greater Houston area. Ei specializes in digitalization and Industry 4.0 tools for heavy industries, with clients including major companies like Phillips 66, Shell, Marathon, Exxon, and Dow Chemical. Their product, the Digital Twin (3D Portal), is revolutionizing how companies manage CAD drawings, reality capture, and plant data systems.

Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Act as a Tech Evangelist, demoing cutting-edge software products and converting skeptical minds into believers.
  • Leverage deep knowledge of downstream plant operations and interdepartmental functions to converse effectively with technical personnel.
  • Navigate plant organizational structures and communicate effectively across different hierarchical levels.
  • Masterfully conduct meetings with decision-makers and collaborate with end-users, adapting to various situations with a business mindset.
  • Discover and map out current and future state client needs to craft value propositions aligned with Ei's technology.
  • Steer early-stage conversations with the Ideal Customer Persona (ICP).
  • Build a book of business by self-generating meetings, building pipelines, opening new doors, and converting prospects.
  • Own and grow acquired accounts, expanding relationships and positioning Ei as a trusted guide in digital transformation.
  • Operate as a 'hunter' with the ability to 'farm' and grow acquired business.
  • Juggle multiple accounts, tasks, and next steps efficiently, keeping opportunities fresh and momentum strong.
  • Proactively manage timelines, customer needs, and next steps to ensure organized and energized account management.
  • Uphold integrity and trustworthiness in all client interactions, building long-lasting relationships based on transparency and authenticity.
  • Be willing to immerse oneself in the operational details of a plant environment.
