About The Position

As a Branded Bills Account Manager (AM), your responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships, ensuring their needs are met, and driving the growth of assigned accounts. This role involves acting as a liaison between clients and internal teams, identifying opportunities for upselling, and delivering exceptional service to achieve high client satisfaction and retention. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and skilled at managing multiple accounts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
  • 3+ years of experience in account management, client services, or sales.
  • Proven track record of managing multiple accounts and meeting performance goals.
  • Strong knowledge of CRM software (e.g. HubSpot) and project management tools.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

  • Client Relationship Management: Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Account Growth and Development: Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products and services.
  • Develop and implement account strategies to achieve revenue growth and client success.
  • Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Ensure all agreements align with both client and company objectives.
  • Track account performance, including revenue, satisfaction metrics, and KPIs.
  • Prepare and deliver regular reports to clients and internal leadership.
  • Market Insights: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and client-specific developments.
  • Provide strategic recommendations based on market insights to improve client outcomes.
