The Role Vim is seeking an experienced Account Manager to lead and grow a portfolio of strategic client relationships. In this role, you will serve as a trusted partner to the healthcare organizations we work with, ensuring they realize measurable value from Vim's solutions, while identifying opportunities to deepen and expand those partnerships over time. This is a role for someone who brings both relationship depth and commercial rigor, and who understands that client success and business growth are two sides of the same coin.

Requirements

  • 4–6 years of experience in account management or customer success, preferably within SaaS or healthcare technology
  • A demonstrated ability to manage complex client relationships and deliver against revenue targets
  • Strong commercial acumen and a strategic approach to account growth
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build credibility across all levels of an organization
  • A metrics-driven mindset with a commitment to data-informed decision-making
  • The ability to navigate ambiguity, manage competing priorities, and execute in a fast-moving environment
  • Based in or near NYC, with availability for a hybrid schedule from our Chelsea office

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with value-based care models and payer-provider partnerships
  • Background in digital health, healthcare IT, or two-sided marketplace businesses

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of accounts with a focus on satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth
  • Cultivate strong relationships across client organizations, engaging stakeholders from operational contacts to senior leadership
  • Drive renewal, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities in alignment with client goals and Vim's growth objectives
  • Build and maintain account plans that connect client priorities to measurable outcomes
  • Anticipate and mitigate risks proactively, ensuring issues are resolved before they escalate
  • Collaborate across Sales, Product, Network Engagement, and Delivery to ensure consistent, high-quality client experiences
  • Advocate internally for client needs, shaping product and operational priorities accordingly
  • Monitor and report on account performance metrics, translating data into clear narratives of value
