About The Position

We are hiring an Account Manager to own a defined portfolio of clients and the full lifecycle of those accounts across pre-sale and post-sale workflows. This role sits at the center of revenue, responsible for translating client goals into effective programs, leading campaign execution, and driving long-term account growth. You will operate with a high degree of ownership across your accounts, partnering with Sales, Product, and Operations to deliver strong outcomes while identifying opportunities to expand and renew relationships. Each Account Manager is responsible for a pod of clients and is accountable for the performance, execution, and retention of that book of business.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in account management, client services, or media.
  • Experience building or contributing to media plans and campaign strategy.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to manage client relationships directly.
  • Ability to translate data into clear insights and client-facing narratives.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills across multiple accounts.
  • Comfort working cross-functionally in a fast-moving environment.
  • Demonstrated ownership mindset with accountability for outcomes.
  • Interest in leveraging AI tools and automation to improve efficiency and output.

Nice To Haves

  • Interest in financial markets is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Own a pod of client accounts, serving as the primary point of contact across strategy, execution, and performance.
  • Manage the full client lifecycle from pre-sale support through campaign execution, reporting, renewal, and expansion.
  • Drive renewals across your account portfolio, ensuring strong retention and continuity of revenue.
  • Identify and execute upsell and expansion opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Support pre-sale efforts including media planning, proposal development, and packaging.
  • Lead campaign execution end-to-end, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and quality standards are met.
  • Translate campaign performance into clear insights, reporting, and recommendations.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Operations to deliver and improve campaigns.
  • Guide Associates on media plans, decks, and execution to ensure quality and consistency.
  • Maintain accurate tracking across campaigns, pipeline, forecasting, and renewal timelines.
  • Continuously improve workflows, templates, and processes to increase efficiency and output.
