Requirements

  • Strong customer service, sales experience
  • Skilled in handling objections and negotiating effectively
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Detail-oriented with a strong desire to learn and grow
  • Able to pass criminal, employment, and credit checks
  • Flexible to work Monday to Saturday with a balanced rotating schedule

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in subprime finance is an asset

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain relationships with customers in person, by phone, and email
  • Process loan applications, verify documentation, and support underwriting decisions
  • Assess creditworthiness and ensure alignment with company policies and risk guidelines
  • Manage collections activities, including engaging customers in solution-focused conversations and arranging flexible payment options
  • Maintain accurate customer records and handle general account inquiries with strong customer service
  • Conduct credit research, review income and assets, and manage risk exposure
  • Reconnect with customers through skip tracing to support account resolution
  • Learn and apply company policies, procedures, and systems effectively
  • Identify process improvements to enhance outcomes and efficiency
  • Collaborate with the team to solve problems and achieve KPIs
