As an Account Manager Supply at Trane, your primary responsibility will be to develop and maintain customer relationships. By doing so, you will ensure maximum revenues through strategic account penetration, including finding, generating, and developing new customers while retaining current ones. This role involves generating budgeted sales, managing mix and pricing to achieve margin goals, and growing market share in an assigned territory. You will develop and execute account-specific business plans to identify long-term, mutual support requirements for strong, profitable partnerships. The role also includes identifying customer problems and needs, creating action plans to meet them, ascertaining market opportunities and sales data, and attending sales meetings to report on sales activity. Daily territory travel is required, with some overnight travel.
