We’re hiring an Account Manager to build, manage, and grow relationships with suppliers on Civic Marketplace. You’ll be responsible for ensuring suppliers are successful on the platform, helping them win business, increase visibility, and expand their footprint across public sector buyers. This is a highly strategic and execution-oriented role. You’ll act as a trusted partner to suppliers, guiding them on how to position themselves, respond to opportunities, and maximize ROI from Civic Marketplace. At the same time, you’ll directly drive revenue growth through renewals, expansions, and upsells. You’ll sit at the intersection of marketplace dynamics, customer success, and revenue playing a critical role in scaling Civic Marketplace’s supplier ecosystem.
