Requirements
- Proven track record in customer service or account management.
- Strong computer software literacy and ability to adapt to new technologies.
- Knowledge of the automotive market and competitive landscape.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve personal and team goals.
- Effective communication and presentation skills across various platforms (video, email, webinar, etc.).
- Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships across all organizational levels.
- Strong problem-solving skills and an innovative mindset.
- High level of organization, documentation, and confidentiality.
- Adaptability to changing priorities and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum 5+ years of high-level automotive experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Manage and nurture a book of strategic and non-strategic accounts to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Drive the growth of accounts by identifying opportunities to expand services within dealer groups.
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, fostering strong relationships and serving as a trusted advisor.
- Collaborate with the Senior Director, Strategic Account Management, to develop tailored strategies for account expansion.
- Partner with U.S. and Canada Account Maintenance Directors to support process documentation and tracking initiatives.
- Ensure timely and effective communication with clients, addressing concerns and identifying opportunities for enhanced engagement.
- Lead the transition of "incubation" stores into Key Accounts, ensuring a smooth and successful handover to the Key Account Manager.
- Track and analyze account performance, providing insights and recommendations to drive growth.
- Support internal teams by providing feedback on product performance and client needs.
- Develop and standardize strategic account management processes to improve efficiency and consistency across team.
