WorkWave is looking for a driven Account Manager who possesses strong consultative and presentation skills. You will be responsible for learning how to navigate a Field Service software solution, provide online demonstrations, and consistently achieve a monthly quota. With the launch of Wavelytics, our new AI-powered analytics suite, and continued momentum in integrated payments, we’re unlocking new ways to deliver value to our customers, and new opportunities for our team. Requirements

  • 2+ years of proven success as a sales representative
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to act independently, multi-task, and handle prospective clients and issues simultaneously
  • Experience driving a sales pipeline
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Nice To Haves

  • Experience selling within the field service or T&L industries is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Lead strategic Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to align customer goals with product capabilities and drive long-term success
  • Educate and consult customers on how our solutions directly impact business performance, efficiency, and growth
  • Deliver compelling product demonstrations and tailored solution recommendations, effectively guiding prospects through the sales cycle to close new business
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly recurring revenue targets through strong pipeline management and value-driven selling
  • Generate new business opportunities through proactive outreach efforts including cold calling, personalized email campaigns, lead sourcing, and networking
  • Build and manage a robust sales pipeline and maintain accurate forecasting and deal tracking within Salesforce CRM
