About The Position

This is a part-time position. We are seeking a highly responsive and detail oriented Sales Account Manager to support and grow our client relations. This role is focused on managing requirements, and maintaining strong day-to-day relationships with the customer. The ideal candidate understands urgency, values relationship-building, and can operate efficiently in a customer environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily communication with key stakeholders at the client site
  • Timely responses to requirements
  • Proactively follow up with the delivery team on requirement updates
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with the customer
  • Co-ordinate with the HR, Accounting, and Operations teams
  • Identify potential opportunities to increase sales, and revenue
  • Problem solving, resolving issues quickly and professionally to reinforce trust and reliability
  • Support customer needs
