About The Position

Highland Roofing Company is expanding, and we're on the lookout for a driven, customer-focused professional to join our Charlotte office as a Commercial Roofing Sales/Account Manager. This role focuses on driving sales in commercial roofing repairs, maintenance, and reroof projects within a two-hour radius of Charlotte. We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment and is passionate about building relationships and delivering top-notch solutions.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in commercial roofing sales is a strong plus
• Solid roofing experience and ready to transition into a sales/account management role

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new reroof and repair opportunities through cold calls, networking, and referrals
• Communicate the value of Highland's services to prospective clients
• Build lasting client relationships, provide expert roofing guidance, and tailor solutions to fit their needs
• Partner with our service team to ensure jobs are scheduled and completed to customer satisfaction
• Perform leak inspections and deliver timely, accurate repair proposals
• Collaborate with estimating and production teams to present roof replacement options to clients
