About The Position

This role is responsible for supporting and optimizing media sales planning efforts across linear and streaming platforms, with a focus on revenue maximization, inventory management, and strategic partnership development. The position partners closely with VP Media Sales, Corporate Partnerships, Traffic, and Production teams to develop, execute, and track client media campaigns. This individual plays a critical role in aligning inventory strategy with revenue goals, building client relationships, and driving go-to-market initiatives. The role requires strong analytical capabilities, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to translate business needs into actionable media plans that deliver value for both clients and the organization. The Media and Corporate Partnerships team drives revenue through strategic media sales, integrated partnerships, and client engagement across Braves platforms. This team collaborates cross-functionally with internal departments including Production, Traffic, and Marketing to deliver best-in-class media campaigns and innovative partnership solutions. The group is highly client-focused, fast-paced, and integral to the organization’s overall revenue strategy.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
  • Experience in media sales planning, advertising, or partnership strategy preferred
  • Strong understanding of media inventory management, pricing strategies, and campaign execution
  • Experience working cross-functionally with sales, production, and operations teams
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word required
  • Experience with Wide Orbit or similar media software preferred
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Manage linear inventory, including oversell and undersell scenarios, in partnership with Traffic, VP Media, and Corporate Partnerships
  • Coordinate with Traffic and Production teams to ensure all campaign elements are delivered accurately and on time
  • Develop and execute client media campaigns in partnership with VP Media Sales, including managing flighting, flowcharts, and asset integration
  • Build and maintain revenue tracking tools and pricing guides to optimize current client investments and maximize deal value
  • Partner with VP Media Sales to develop go-to-market strategies, monthly pricing guides, and new proposal opportunities across linear and streaming platforms
  • Identify and support creation of unique media integrations through collaboration with Production teams
  • Engage directly with clients and agencies through in-game experiences, suite hosting, and external meetings to strengthen partnerships
  • Present proposals and media plans to clients and agency partners as needed
  • Travel to client and agency offices to support relationship development and business growth
  • Support ongoing optimization of media planning processes, tools, and reporting
