About The Position

We are excited to bring on an Account Manager to our Retirement Plan Services business line, on the small market side, to work from home. We have been experiencing growth and career development on our Account Management team and this is a great opportunity to be part of a growing and evolving team. As an Account Manager, you will work closely with our TPA Partners, internal service team and intermediaries to provide first class service to our Retirement Plan Sponsors.

Requirements

• 3 – 5 + years’ experience in relationship management and/or retirement industry
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Demonstrated strong relationship management skills
• 4-year degree or equivalent work experience
• Demonstrated critical thinking skills
• ASPPA RPF within 180 days of hire

Nice To Haves

• Lincoln Director product/operations working knowledge
• FINRA S6 license
• ASPPA designations – i.e. QKA, TGPC, etc.
• Strong working knowledge of retirement plan administration
• Strong project management skills
• Strong presentation skills

Responsibilities

• Focus on retention of our existing clients by developing and maintaining client satisfaction through relationship building
• Collaborating with internal and external partners to establish and implement balanced resolutions to challenges
• Exploring, participating in and leading organizational and client projects and initiatives
• Educating clients and implementing solutions for the benefit of clients and their retirement plans, as well as Lincoln
• Implementing process improvements and efficiencies
