This role involves owning and growing a book of approximately 100-125 insurance agents, helping them acquire in-market auto and home insurance customers through exclusive, consumer-initiated inbound calls. These consumers are connected in real time via warm transfers from our pre-qualification call center, sourced from high-quality online experiences, including AutoInsurance.com. This is a revenue-forward role requiring a sales mindset and comfort operating around conversion rate, cost per call, and cost per policy (COA). The Account Manager is responsible for driving measurable outcomes across their book of business.
