This role involves introducing small and medium business customers to the latest high-tech 5G products and services that meet their unique business needs. The Account Manager will interact with customers in retail stores, digitally, and through outbound prospecting, demonstrating the value of Verizon's products and services by introducing end-to-end technology solutions. The position focuses on driving small business results through prospecting, networking, and managing leads and referrals, as well as partnering with and mentoring Consumer Retail Sales Representatives to grow the customer base in the small business segment. Utilizing solutions-based selling techniques, outbound sales prospecting, customer visits, and servicing existing accounts are key aspects of the role. Sales enablement systems and tools will be used to track, forecast, and manage the pipeline and book of business.
