Requirements

  • EDUCATION: Bachelor’s Degree preferred but not required
  • EXPERIENCE: 5 years’ experience in Production Testing/Flowback
  • TRAVEL: 80%
  • OTHER: Submit to and satisfactorily complete pre-employment background, medical, alcohol, and drug screening
  • Must possess a valid Driver’s License

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary commercial and customer-facing representative for assigned flowback accounts, managing relationships with operators, completion teams, and production leadership.
  • Own account strategy and revenue growth across the flowback service line, including well cleanup, extended flowback, and early production support.
  • Work closely with Field Operations, Supervisors, and Engineers to align customer expectations with operational execution, equipment availability, and crew capabilities.
  • Actively pursue new business opportunities through direct customer engagement, job walks, rig visits, and participation in pre‑job planning meetings.
  • Develop and present job proposals, pricing structures, and service scopes, ensuring alignment with margin targets and operational feasibility.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of completion and early production workflows.
  • Negotiate commercial terms, address customer concerns, and resolve issues quickly by coordinating internally to protect both the customer relationship and company profitability.
  • Track and forecast revenue, backlog, and pipeline activity, providing regular updates to management.
  • Support contract management, including MSAs, work orders, rate sheets, and billing coordination.
  • Monitor competitor activity, pricing trends, and market conditions within the basin to inform strategy and positioning.
  • Partner with operations to capture lessons learned and continuous improvement opportunities that enhance service quality and customer retention.
  • Ensure all customer interactions and job activities align with company safety standards, HSE expectations, and ethical business practices.
  • Represent the company professionally in the field, reinforcing credibility, safety focus, and operational excellence.
