About The Position

The Account Manager, Premium Sales (Live Entertainment) is responsible for driving new business through the sale of premium seating rentals for live concerts and events. This role focuses on building meaningful connections with local businesses and concert ticket buyers to deliver high-impact, live entertainment experiences that drive long-term value and excitement.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2+ years experience in sports or live entertainment sales preferred
  • Must have access to a vehicle and a valid Alberta Driver’s License (or ability to obtain prior to employment
  • You understand that the professional sports & entertainment industry often results in odd and unpredictable working hours (evenings, weekends, holidays, etc.)
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
  • Comfortable managing a robust pipeline and navigating long-term sales cycles

Responsibilities

  • Sell premium seating rentals for live concerts and events
  • Prospect, pitch, and close new B2B accounts with local businesses
  • Heavy outbound call responsibilities to past ticket buyers
  • Cultivate a genre-based lead list and upsell current clients into premium seating for additional shows
  • Conduct proactive outreach via phone, SMS, email, LinkedIn, and in-person meetings
  • Be in attendance at concerts and events to host clients and generate leads
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities within CRM tools
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with other internal departments to deliver exceptional service
