Our service team plays a vital role in ensuring our clients receive the service they need to properly manage their insurance policies. You are the facilitator of positive and effective relationships with our and other general, account-service functions.

Requirements

  • high school diploma/GED (college degree strongly preferred)
  • 5+ years of related personal lines insurance experience within a brokerage environment
  • experience with high net-worth carriers strongly preferred (PURE, Cincinnati, AIG, Chubb/ACE and Nationwide Private Client)
  • currently licensed (in good standing)
  • have the confidence and demeanor to effectively interact with all levels within the organization
  • computer literate - Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook

Responsibilities

  • manage the entire account-service process
  • market to carriers
  • prepare quotes and proposals
  • maintain renewal controls on expirations and binders
  • check policies/endorsements/audits for accuracy
  • Issue EOIs
  • Assist with billing/invoicing issues
  • Manage high net wroth clients
