About The Position

Seeking a dedicated and experienced Personal Lines Account Manager to join a team. This role is integral to the Personal Lines Department, where you will manage a portfolio of standard personal lines accounts, provide exceptional customer service, and ensure the seamless handling of client needs. Reporting directly to the Personal Lines Department Manager, you will play a key role in maintaining and growing the client relationships.

Requirements

  • Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
  • Best Candidate: 3+ years of experience in personal lines account management, Epic software experience, and strong customer service skills.
  • Average Candidate: 2+ years of experience in personal lines account management, P&C license, and customer service experience.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.

Nice To Haves

  • Proficiency in Epic software is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming client calls and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Manage servicing of client accounts, including endorsements and renewals.
  • Quote new and renewal business (approximately 90% renewals and 10% new business).
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure timely and accurate handling of client needs.
  • Utilize Epic software for account management and documentation.
