In this role, you will play a key part in driving our company's growth by identifying new business opportunities, fostering customer relationships, and contributing to the overall success of our Personal Care team for North America.

Requirements

  • Proven technical sales experience of Personal Care ingredients
  • Strong customer and service orientation and proven track record in developing and winning new businesses
  • Pragmatic and entrepreneurial approach, self-driven
  • Resilient, flexible and team-oriented personality
  • Strong team player with a collaborative approach
  • Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship.

Responsibilities

  • Sales and budget responsibility for assigned territories
  • Responsible for growing sales for the Northeast US, through prospecting and developing new potential accounts, with a focus on business development and expansion
  • Record and maintain accurate customer data and sales records within CRM systems to support reporting, forecasting, projects, and performance tracking
  • Manage all commercial interactions with customers, including forecasts, sales planning, individual purchases, supply contracts and price negotiations
  • Visit customers on a regular basis to build, maintain and manage relationships
  • Potential responsibility for product management of one or more assigned supplier lines, based on qualifications and business needs
  • Conduct competitor mapping, market surveys, and innovation scouting. Stay ahead of regulatory trends and changes that impact the industry
