From cashback and automatic coupons to price alerts and carbon tracking, we keep expanding our products to make shopping smarter. We’re now building an AI-powered shopping assistant to help users find the best products by price, quality, and impact. Having reached profitability in our core market, we’re now scaling globally, with a strong focus on the US. It’s still day 1, come build the future of shopping with us! This position is Paris-based. Our B2B team “Nothing stops them from getting the best deals for Joko users. The B2B team’s mission is to develop and grow Joko’s merchant network, and available offers.” The B2B team is divided between our three business lines at Joko: Online, Card-Linked, and Gift Cards. For the Online team, Account Managers are in charge of growing and managing our portfolio of e-commerce partners, directly with e-merchants or through our relationship with affiliate marketing platforms. As for Card-Linked, Account Executives are in charge of signing Enterprise deals with top-tier retailers with physical stores, and Account Managers are in charge of growing these long-lasting partnerships. Finally, for the Gift Cards team, Account Managers are in charge of growing and managing the portfolio of brands and retailers, through relations with providers and in direct relationships with merchants. Led by Nicolas, our CRO, we are a vibrant team full of energy! We work closely with other teams to give the best experience to our partners and build strong long-term relationships. We are a small but unstoppable squad that manages millions of euros in contracts thanks to our outstanding team members and a deep sense of camaraderie. Requirements

  • You have 2-5y experience in Commercial roles, Consulting or Startups.
  • You have graduated from a top-tier business or engineering school.
  • You are fluent in French and English, written and spoken.
  • A passion for starting from scratch, embracing challenges, being hands-on, ambitious, and an effective problem-solver.
  • Capable of autonomous project management from inception to completion, setting and exceeding high standards, and ensuring project success.
  • A keen ability to quickly grasp people's needs, surpass goals, and close deals.
  • You love analyzing data and making informed decisions.
  • You thrive on connecting with new people. Your strength lies in active listening and crafting solutions to tackle challenges.
  • You are fond of productivity tools and able to deliver on time on projects with many stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage a portfolio among 3000 online partners displaying offers on Joko.
  • Negotiate commercial deals and special offers with brand partners and develop a comprehensive marketing plan to assist them in achieving their marketing strategy by reaching Joko users.
  • Ensure close monitoring and analysis of our partnership performances in collaboration with the Marketing and Data teams.
  • Leveraging banking and browsing data analysis to gather a clear vision of your partners’ market trends, and use this knowledge to perfectly tailor your offer proposal.
  • Creating strong and long-lasting relationships with your partners (day-to-day relationship management, securing regular formal and informal touchpoints -meetings, live events…)
  • Make sure that our partners benefit from all of our top features like BNPL (Buy Now Pay Later), coupons, price tracking, etc.
  • Help Joko expand internationally (starting with the US) by leveraging French partnerships to launch offers in the US.
  • Working with the Product and the Bizops teams to improve processes and build solid foundations to scale our department at Joko, in France, and abroad.
  • Contributing to the design of the commercial and onboarding strategy.
  • Working closely with the Marketing team, by establishing a robust communication roadmap to effectively reach our users with our top brands.
