The Account Manager will work with the Business Development Managers, Service Advisors, and Fleet Technicians to ensure that our clients get the best possible outcome. The main objective is to build and maintain strong customer relationships, develop new business from existing clients, and actively seek new sales opportunities. This includes but, is not limited to, the day-to-day operations, overseeing the appointments and ensuring all deliverables are met, helping to create monthly reports, and finding ways to maximize revenue/profit. Account Managers will also answer client inquiries and concerns. In this role, you will liaise with cross-functional teams to improve the entire customer experience, particularly operations (delivery team, service writers, dispatchers, mechanics, customer service.) WE WILL DEPEND ON THIS PERSON TO Act as the main point of contact for all fleet customers Build and maintain strong relationships with accounts Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors Ensure the timely and successful delivery of repair services according to customer needs and objectives Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal stakeholders and clients Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts) Prepare reports on account status Collaborate with sales director to identify and grow opportunities with existing accounts and potential new accounts Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
