We're currently looking for a Warehouse Associate who's hands-on, organized, and ready to keep our inventory and operations moving at full speed!

Requirements

  • Experience in Business, Sales, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of account management experience in the heavy-duty truck, commercial vehicle, or related industry.
  • Experience managing both key customer accounts and strategic supplier relationships preferred.
  • Understanding of heavy-duty truck parts, equipment, and service operations.
  • Willingness to travel within region (W. PA, N. WV, E. OH), as needed (estimated 25-40%+).
  • Must have a dedicated home office space with reliable high-speed internet.

Nice To Haves

  • Training and/or experience in mobile hydraulics.
  • Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make strategic recommendations.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and relevant business software.

Responsibilities

  • Customer Account Management
  • Serve as the main relationship owner for assigned key customer accounts, acting as a trusted advisor and problem solver.
  • Understand customers' business models, operational priorities, and equipment needs to proactively provide and recommend solutions.
  • Develop and execute account plans to grow revenue, expand product offerings, and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor order status, delivery performance, and after-sales support, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
  • Supplier Relationship Management
  • Manage and strengthen the relationship and partnership with large strategic suppliers, serving as the primary contact for communication, contract negotiations, and performance management.
  • Coordinate with procurement, supply chain, and operations to ensure consistent product availability, competitive pricing, and alignment on demand planning.
  • Monitor supplier KPIs and collaborate on continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Sales & Growth Initiatives
  • Identify and pursue opportunities to expand sales within existing accounts, including upselling, cross-selling, and introducing new product lines.
  • Collaborate with suppliers, inventory managers, and sales leadership to develop targeted campaigns and sales strategy.
  • Track market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to anticipate customer needs and supplier shifts.
  • Operational Coordination
  • Partner with operations, logistics, and service teams to ensure accurate order fulfillment and on-time delivery.
  • Support forecasting, budgeting, and pricing strategy for assigned accounts and supplier programs.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and contractual obligations.
