Your Opportunity: Taylor is seeking an Account Manager who is responsible for providing the customer with positive, consultative, and service-based experience. In this role, you will act as the project manager liaison between the customer and manufacturing facility, to ensure projects are delivered on time to customer expectations while maintaining internal profitability goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and/or 2+ years of experience in customer service or customer support role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail oriented, strong organizational skills and ability to handle complex tasks.
  • Ability to solve problems effectively, respond to continually changing priorities and coordinate multiple projects.
  • Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Project management skills.
  • Previous print industry or manufacturing experience.

Responsibilities

  • Gathering and understanding job specific requirements from the customer to accurately enter jobs into production.
  • Align with Sales Rep on client expectations and service levels.
  • Communicating production schedules and updates to the customer, proactively managing production milestone dates, and tracking production status to ensure orders ship on time.
  • Resolving production-related issues to ensure customer expectations are met.
  • Providing sales support, including product, pricing, schedule, capacity, and production related requests.
  • Managing multiple accounts, programs/projects/tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Documenting and maintaining account specific standard operating procedures.
  • Leading regular scheduled meetings with the customer to discuss the status of current orders, quality, and forecast opportunities.
  • Maintaining favorable relationships with external customers and internal team members.
