This role focuses on promoting sales of products and services to new and existing accounts through inbound and outbound sales activities. The goal is to meet or exceed financial targets and achieve greater market penetration. The Account Manager will follow a daily schedule, consistently meeting or exceeding expectations for calls and administrative work that contribute to sales and service level objectives. This position involves upselling and cross-selling compatible products, acting as the primary liaison between customers and the Company, and maintaining positive client relations. The role requires creating and delivering sales pitches, educating customers on product information, and proactively discovering and attracting new customers. Additionally, the Account Manager will provide insights on product improvements, marketing campaigns, and relationship management, maintain industry contacts, attend trade shows, and potentially provide sales and product training to new staff.
