The team is driven to make healthcare more accessible for all Americans. Weâre looking for a dedicated full-time Regulatory Business Development Manager to join our team. You will provide analytical support to our clients in solving hard problems in improving access to healthcare. The Account Manager, Government Programs is responsible for managing and growing relationships across a portfolio of state regulatory agencies (DOIs, Medicaid) and related stakeholders. This role focuses on establishing credibility and access with regulators by delivering value-first solutions, including regulatory filing templates, reporting packages, and AI-enabled tools that help agencies and health plans meet network adequacy and compliance requirements at scale. This role is also focused on creating business development opportunities with regulators and contract administrators stemming from interactions as an SME on regulatory and contract policy, standards, and demonstrating insights and workflow efficiencies using Quest technology. This role emphasizes: Relationship development through expertise and relevance Creating âreasons to meetâ with regulators Positioning Quest Analytics as the technology partner enabling compliant, scalable oversight Leading to business development opportunities and stronger proprietary relationship
