Reporting to the Account Team Lead, this role is responsible for supporting and guiding the positioning, messaging and channel strategies as well as all marketing communications assets and integrated communications plans for assigned Global Marketing franchise teams and corresponding products. This is a hands-on global position responsible for managing all project requests through the Global Marcom process. Acts as a strategic partner to Global Marketing which includes supporting with value propositions, positioning and messaging, integrated communications strategies across target audiences (HCP, Patient, General Public, others), collateral creation, approval, channel strategies, dissemination and tradeshows. Works globally, liaising with partners across Smith+Nephew to ensure understanding of key market and customer factors and aligns communications approach and asset toolbox accordingly. Assets can include digital and print brochures, technique guides or surgical techniques, advertising, video, animations, digital assets and social media, among others. Collateral creation includes copywriting of headlines and body copy as well as storyboards. Acts as brand manager, ensuring S+N appropriate branding approach.
