HealthFitness is seeking a Fitness Account Manager to lead and support one of our client sites. This role can be based in Boston, MA; Merrimack, NH; Smithfield, RI; Durham, NC; Covington, KY; or Westlake, TX, and offers a hybrid schedule—approximately 50% onsite and travel, and 50% work from home. Monday - Friday 8am-5pm schedule, no weekends or holidays. Manages and directs all operational aspects of a multi-site, single client program, ensuring consistency amongst all client locations in communications, training, marketing, programs, and service. Responsible for contract compliance, development of and adherence to the strategic business plan and program budget, and supervision of managers at each location. Acts as the primary client contact for the program and also performs many Program Manager duties.
