As an Account Manager at Arena, your work goes beyond traditional sales. You’ll be deeply connected to how events come to life, partnering with clients and internal teams to turn ideas into real‑world solutions on a global stage.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field — or equivalent professional experience
  • 2+ years of experience in account management, customer success, sales, or a related role
  • Proven ability to manage multiple client relationships and deadlines at once
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with confidence working directly with clients
  • Analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to balance client needs and internal capabilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

Nice To Haves

  • Background in event services, construction, temporary structures, or project‑based environments
  • Experience working within a CRM and managing sales pipelines
  • Demonstrated success partnering cross‑functionally to deliver complex or time‑sensitive projects

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, owning relationships from initial engagement through project completion
  • Develop a deep understanding of each client’s goals, timelines, and event requirements
  • Manage the full sales cycle within assigned accounts, including opportunity identification, solution development, proposals, pricing, and contract execution
  • Partner closely with Operations, Project Management, and Finance teams to ensure accurate scoping and smooth project handoff
  • Stay engaged throughout project execution, maintaining proactive communication and managing expectations
  • Address client questions, changes, or challenges quickly to protect timelines and relationships
  • Identify opportunities to grow accounts through repeat work, upselling, and cross‑selling
  • Represent Arena at client meetings, site walks, industry events, and trade shows as needed
