Our Fleet Services team ensures that client assets and projects are executed seamlessly, on time, and within budget. Role Overview As an Account Manager, Event Logistics, you’ll manage assigned client accounts. You’ll oversee the full lifecycle of event-related orders—from scheduling and asset management to execution and post-event reporting. You will collaborate with internal teams and serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring accurate, timely, and high-quality delivery of all projects. Requirements
- College certificate in Business Administration preferred, or 1–2 years related experience (or equivalent combination)
- Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Customer-focused, collaborative, and solutions-oriented
- Comfortable managing multiple projects under tight deadlines
Nice To Haves
- Experience with CRM or project management systems a plus
Responsibilities
- Serve as primary client contact for assigned accounts, ensuring smooth project delivery
- Manage a high volume of projects (600–800/year), including order processing, scheduling, and logistics coordination
- Track and manage client assets using internal systems for project and inventory management
- Collaborate with Field Services, Technicians, and Account Directors to schedule installations, dismantles, and deliveries
- Prepare client communications, proposals, and presentations using Microsoft Office
- Support estimating, procurement, and invoicing processes
- Ensure compliance with client-specific rules, internal policies, and quality standards
