This role will support a variety of administrative and sales tasks, which involve building and maintaining client relationships, processing changes accurately, and leveraging insurance knowledge for effective communication. The commercial account manager also focuses on maintaining the data integrity of our systems, Salesforce and Applied Epic, following established processes, and collaborating with brokers and other departments. Strong interpersonal skills are emphasized, with an emphasis on effective communication within the team and with clients.
