RESPONSIBILITIES This role serves as a key point of contact for clients and producers, supporting day-to-day service needs while partnering on renewals and new business opportunities. What You'll Do Serve as the primary service contact for assigned employee benefits accounts, providing prompt, accurate, and friendly support to clients and their employees Resolve claims, billing, and benefit inquiries by working directly with employees, carriers, and internal partners Support new business and renewal activity, including enrollment, plan changes, quoting, proposals, and carrier coordination Partner closely with producers by keeping them informed, assisting with client meetings, and supporting prospect activity Maintain organized, thorough account management while upholding the core values of responsiveness, follow-through, and collaboration QUALIFICATIONS What We're Looking For High school diploma required; college degree preferred 3+ years of group employee benefits experience strongly preferred Working knowledge of benefit enrollment systems, compliance, and carrier processes Life and Health insurance license (active) Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and comfort working in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) ADDITIONAL INFORMATION This job is expected to be performed on-site in the office. Requirements

  • High school diploma required; college degree preferred
  • 3+ years of group employee benefits experience strongly preferred
  • Working knowledge of benefit enrollment systems, compliance, and carrier processes
  • Life and Health insurance license (active)
