As an Amazon Web Services (AWS) Account Manager in our Emerging ISV team, you will have the exciting opportunity of driving digital transformation across the strategic ISV accounts you manage, promoting the entire AWS products and services portfolio. Requirements

  • Experience increasing technology adoption and creating long-term transformational account strategies or equivalent
  • Experience working with and presenting to C-level executives, IT, and lines of businesses across organizations or equivalent
  • Experience working with customers on substantial, strategic, and complex software or cloud services/infrastructure deals from opportunity through closure
  • Experience in management of large, complex enterprise accounts or equivalent
  • Experience with end-customer sales in the cloud or software industry and a successful track record with consulting or technology partners through account management, program management, and business development

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working in a matrixed environment, influencing strategy, and achieving goals by working across the organization
  • AWS Professional level certification, or experience communicating technical concepts to diverse audiences in pre-sales environments

Responsibilities

  • Driving digital transformations through effective engagement with C-level executives, business development executives, IT leaders, architects, developers, and various lines of businesses.
  • Establishing AWS as the key cloud technology provider across the strategic accounts you manage, promoting the entire AWS products and services portfolio to Enterprise Customers.
  • Empowering customers to solve challenges while attaining both their operational and innovation goals.
  • Delivering business outcomes while guiding them to become more agile, innovative, and efficient.
