As an Account Manager, you’ll own high‑growth digital commerce channels that drive sales and market share across platforms like Instacart, DoorDash, Uber Eats, and TikTok Shop. You’ll lead day‑to‑day channel strategy and execution, collaborating cross‑functionally to bring search, media, and promotions to life, while managing campaign budgets, and helping shape how iconic CPG brands win big in eCommerce. This role is ideal for a commercially minded Account Manager with CPG experience who thrives at the intersection of sales, marketing, and eCommerce execution.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution
  • 3+ years' experience in sales, account management, e-commerce, shopper/customer marketing, business development or category development activity with a manufacturer, distributor, or retail operations

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience with Instacart, DoorDash, Uber Eats, and/or TikTok Shop campaign tools and retail media offerings is preferred
  • Experience developing and executing search strategy within commerce platforms is preferred
  • Experience partnering with creative and/or agencies to develop digital assets is preferred
  • Consumer Packaged Goods, pet care, grocery, or omnichannel retail experience is preferred

Responsibilities

  • Own sales and share performance across platforms, using data and insights to continuously optimize search, media, and promotional strategies
  • Lead cross‑functional collaboration with Shopper Marketing, Finance, Sales, and other internal stakeholders to deliver against commercial goals
  • Serve as a strategic partner on platform search, driving alignment on priorities, investment decisions, and optimization strategies
  • Drive excellence in campaign planning and execution, ensuring strong platform presence, disciplined activation, and compelling storytelling for priority brands and products
  • Manage campaign setup from start to finish, including creation and maintenance of SKU lists to support execution
  • Develop and deploy trade and promotional plans in partnership with internal stakeholders to maximize ROI
  • Bring a strong commercial and financial lens to investment decisions, ensuring disciplined budget management while maximizing growth opportunities
  • Own and maintain annual budget calendars, including detailed marketing and execution timelines
