About The Position

The Account Manager - Device role focuses on developing and executing territory business plans to drive sales and procedure growth for Ultherapy. This involves account segmentation, forecasting, and implementing marketing and sales strategies. The role also includes providing comprehensive clinical and sales training to new and existing customers, focusing on product knowledge, selling techniques, and promotional program execution. The Account Manager will manage the Ulthera Consumables portfolio and potentially capital and skincare portfolios, ensuring compliance with all business hygiene and customer activity protocols. Collaboration with the Aesthetics team is crucial for driving overall portfolio sales and growth.

  • Deliver sales message/presentation in an organized and effective manner
  • Demonstrate exceptional product and competitive knowledge
  • Use product and competitive knowledge effectively in planning and implementing sales presentations
  • Ensure full compliance of all business hygiene related activities
  • Expense reporting
  • Entering calls in Merz CRM system

Responsibilities

  • Develop a working territory business plan that includes account segmentation, forecasting, marketing and sales execution strategies.
  • Provide clinical training related to new customer start up as well as advanced training on Ultherapy in order to improve clinical outcomes.
  • Train practice staff how to sell the Ultherapy procedure to potential patients through role playing and “see one, do one, teach one” technique.
  • Conduct marketing installation on Ulthera by training all practice management personnel on available tools and resources.
  • Provide patient consultation coaching.
  • Effectively manage the Ulthera Consumables portfolio (TDs) and possibly capital sales & skincare portfolios.
  • Assist practice in planning their Ultherapy promotional program; provide hands on executional assistance in adapting and implementing promotional tactics.
