The Account Manager, Client Sales and Insights is responsible for helping the team manage client expectations by generating reports, ideas & insights to support our services and value. This role requires a combination of willingness to learn, develop analytical skills, excellent communication, and some understanding of retail operations. The selected candidate will be required to work in an office setting 2-3x/week, located in Langley BC.

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree (required), with disciplines in Business, Analytics or a related field preferred.
  • 0-1 Years of work experience in the CPG industry, with knowledge of retail operations, merchandising, and inventory management.
  • Proficiency with Unify+, Power BI, Tableau, or similar business intelligence tools.
  • Proficiency with intermediate & advanced functions within MS Excel.

Responsibilities

  • Support the team to identify client opportunities for growth using data driven insights and analysis.
  • Stay current on trends in the CPG industry to position Circana as a thought leader and trusted advisor.
  • Work with Cross functional teams to deliver tasks and develop improvements to processes and solutions.
  • Leverage Circana’ s proprietary platforms (Unify+) to support client engagements and solution delivery.
  • Ensure client satisfaction by providing accurate data driven analysis.
  • Willingness to learn how to conceive, manage, and deliver fact-based analyses, recognize trends and growth opportunities for the client.
