The Account Manager will lead and maintain a roster of clients represented by independent agency partners, thinking strategically to support growth areas and collaborating with various internal teams to ensure smooth campaign management. The position requires extensive cross-group coordination, excellent communication and analytic skills, and strong organizational skills. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of both broadcast and digital media, be a self-starter, an entrepreneurial project manager, and capable of motivating internal and external teams while communicating effectively with clients at all levels. The role is responsible for maintaining excellent relationships with internal departments and independent media agencies through outstanding campaign management, client service, and campaign wrap-up reports, driving incremental revenue and client renewals.
