We are currently seeking a paid Account Management Support Intern to join our team. This internship offers hands-on experience within our Account Management group, where you’ll play a key role in tracking shipments, supporting customer communication, and gaining real-world exposure to the fast-paced logistics industry. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build a foundation in supply chain, operations, or transportation. Position Summary: The Account Management Support Intern supports the Account Management team by monitoring shipments, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining accurate updates for both internal teams and customers. This role provides hands-on experience in freight visibility, shipment tracking, and problem resolution within a fast-paced logistics environment. The intern will work closely with Account Managers and gain exposure to supply chain processes, TMS tools, and customer communication.
