We are seeking an Account Management Analyst Intern to support process optimization on one of our major accounts. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a customer-focused, data-driven environment.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
  • Analytical skills, particularly in data analysis.
  • Highly organized, with the ability to transform daily tasks into structured workflows.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to support data driven reporting, including network speed, oparational timelines, and customer satisfaction.
  • Work with stakeholders to analyze relevant data and provide business opportunity insights
  • Implement internal process improvements to increase efficiency
  • Monitor and document project milestones, ensuring stakeholders receive timely and accurate updates
  • Optimize customer experience by managing client inquires
  • The role involves daily (or regular) communication with pan-Canadian stakeholders.
