Role description: As an Account Leader within our Property & Investment (P&I) U.S. growth team, you will lead and manage regional relationships with 3-5 Key and Emerging P&I accounts to establish Arcadis as a trusted partner and achieve growth across the accounts managed. You will be expected to define and execute the account growth plans with a goal of identifying in the first 90 days in role >$5M in 2026 weighted opportunity backlog from the target client list and ultimately achieve and maintain >$5M in annual net order intake from target accounts. You will work closely with the P&I growth team and Service Capability Leads to identify existing solutions that can be sold to new clients, inform future market needs whilst pro-actively engaging with clients to share insights and innovation, and our views on market issues
