About The Position

The Account Lead, Programmatic is responsible for leading successful Programmatic campaigns through media buying sophistication and operational excellence within our retail vertical. This position is responsible for leading and mentoring a team of Account Managers and Coordinators. While DEPT® is a remote-first company, this role requires candidates to be located in either the Mountain or Pacific time zones.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of Programmatic media experience, preferably in CTV/Display/Video and at some expose to Native/Audio/OOH
  • Programmatic trading expertise in retail marketplaces that include Walmart, Target and Best Buy
  • Fluent in a variety of DSPs (TTD & DV360 preferred), and Ad Servers
  • Proven prior work experience managing a team of direct reports / team members and demonstrated ability to mentor and develop direct reports into more senior roles
  • Strong problem solving, strategic mindset and communication skills
  • Candidates must be located in either the Mountain or Pacific time zones.

Nice To Haves

  • Being a deck-building story telling wizard
  • Deep experience in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ad Manager, and other ad tech
  • Experience in data analysis and visualization (Data Studio, Tableau, etc.)
  • Successful track record of crafting and participating in sales pitches and audits
