About The Position
The tms Summer Internship Program aims to foster skills and provide hands-on experience working with clients and cross-functional teams. It also promotes networking and relationship-building opportunities with industry leaders, mentors, and peers. Interns will integrate across various business units and departments, focusing on team-building and strengths-building. They will participate in real client projects and a Capstone project, which will be pitched to the agency at the program's end. Additionally, interns will attend panels, lunch & learns, and group activities focused on career tips, guidance, and best practices to foster future talent and innovative ideas.
Requirements
- Rising Junior, Senior, or Recent Graduate
- GPA: 3.0 or higher
- Solutions-oriented with critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Strong interpersonal skills, enjoys building relationships and working with others
- Proficient in MS Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong time and project management skills, comfortable juggling multiple tasks
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Resourceful and a proactive self-starter
Responsibilities
- Involved in the day-to-day work for campaign projects.
- Support the wider Account team on various tasks including meeting notes, conference reports, job changes, trends, and competitive analysis.
