About The Position

We are seeking a driven and consultative PEO Sales Representative to join our HR Strategies Division growing team in Georgia. In this role, you will help small and mid-sized businesses streamline their HR functions by offering comprehensive solutions including payroll, employee benefits, risk management, and compliance support.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of B2B sales experience (PEO, payroll, HR services, or insurance preferred)
  • Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
  • Ability to work independently and manage a sales pipeline effectively

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with employment practices and business regulations in Georgia is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and develop new business opportunities within your assigned Georgia territory
  • Conduct needs assessments and deliver customized PEO solutions to business owners and decision-makers
  • Present and explain services, pricing, and contracts clearly and accurately
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through a consultative sales approach
  • Manage and track all sales activities using CRM tools
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new clients
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales goals and performance metrics
