Boland is a leading HVAC and building systems provider serving the DC, Maryland, and Northern Virginia region. We deliver sustainable, energy-efficient solutions to commercial, industrial, and institutional clients. The Account Executive is responsible for building relationships with clients and facility managers to sell HVAC Service Agreements, Time Quoted Work, Turnkey Contracting, and other project work. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working with HVAC systems and possess knowledge of the Washington, DC marketplace. In addition, this individual will have experience developing new markets for an established and successfully growing business, as well as continuously striving to create win-win outcomes that improve our clients' business and create long-term and value-based partnerships.
