About The Position

As an Inside Sales Account Executive, you will focus on building a new book of business through outbound prospecting and customer acquisition. This is a true hunter role where you create your own pipeline and drive opportunities from initial outreach to close. We will count on you to consistently generate new business, engage decision-makers, and deliver value-driven solutions to clients.

Requirements

  • High energy, self-motivated, and driven to win
  • Comfortable with cold calling and building pipeline from scratch
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to stay disciplined and succeed in a metrics-driven environment

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and win new clients through outbound calls and targeted account outreach
  • Build and grow your own book of business
  • Manage the full sales cycle from first contact to close
  • Communicate Insight’s value to decision-makers and align solutions to business needs
