About The Position

As an Account Executive at Pacific Rim Capital (PRC), you will grow and expand the company’s important enterprise client relationships. You will own a portfolio of enterprise accounts, develop multi-year account plans, win competitive bids, expand into new business units and subsidiaries, add asset classes, and grow relationships across the U.S., Canada, and Mexico. This is an account-development role focused on building relationships and finding opportunities within existing accounts rather than cold calling. PRC provides equipment financing and leasing solutions for material handling equipment, IT, warehouse automation, energy, and over-the-road vehicles. The role reports to the Director of Sales and works with credit, underwriting, and operations to close deals and transition new programs into service. The position is based in an office-first environment near PRC’s Irvine, California headquarters, with a hybrid schedule available once fully integrated and minimal travel. Success involves developing active pipelines and relationship maps across the account portfolio, improving bid win rates, expanding into new asset classes and organizational units, engaging executives, and advancing accounts toward preferred-partner or program status. The role offers a competitive base salary plus uncapped variable compensation.
