At Green Irony, we exist to turn AI into Actual Intelligence — accelerating outcomes and proving that complexity is optional. We don't just build AI-native systems for our clients; we run our own company on them. Quoting, hiring, delivery, account management — the same stack we implement for customers is the stack we operate on every day. It lets a small team deliver like one 10x its size: enterprise-grade integrations shipped in weeks, not months, by senior US-based engineers working alongside AI. We hire people who automate first, bias hard toward action, and treat ownership as a default setting. If you'd rather govern yourself than be governed by layers of project managers, welcome home. The seat You are Green Irony's first Account Executive on the ground in San Francisco. The seat exists because the Salesforce and MuleSoft field org is there: we want someone in the room with it, not flying in. This is Green Irony planting its flag on the West Coast. New seat, not a replacement. What you sell Two books, one seller. The platform book. Salesforce implementation across the clouds (Sales, Service, Experience, Revenue, Field Service, Agentforce) plus MuleSoft integration and the AI work that sits on top of it. Not a single-SKU pitch. The AI-native book. Green Irony runs its own company on Claude and Notion. That operating model is itself an offering, and you carry it: AI-native consulting for mid-market companies that need help actually doing what everyone is talking about. This book is early and growing, and the seat grows with it. The channel MuleSoft Account Executives are the primary channel. Green Irony is a MuleSoft partner first, and MuleSoft AE co-sell is where most deal flow originates. Salesforce Account Executives (SMB/GRB) are the expansion channel, particularly for Salesforce-native and Agentforce attach. Regional Vice Presidents matter across both ecosystems. What the job actually is Nobody hands you a built book, but warm doors exist: Salesforce partner since 2016, MuleSoft since 2018, and we introduce you to the field AEs we already work with. From there it's yours to grow. The reps you don't know yet are the job. The territory is a finite, known list of reps, and the deals come from being the partner they think of first. A whole territory, not a slice. It isn't shared, and it doesn't get carved up when you grow it. Everything you build in San Francisco stays yours. Deals that move: a blended deal size of roughly $46K on a 30–45 day cycle, with a growing share landing between $60K and $100K and expansion potential on each one. The Tower. You're within easy reach of the Salesforce Tower and you want to be in it constantly, building relationships face to face. If being in that building several days a week sounds like a cost rather than the point, this isn't your seat.
